It’s all about our members

Mozal Banking is run solely for the benefit of our members – that’s people like you. You can join Mozal Bank as an individual, corporate, sole trader or work for one of our employee partners. We also welcome members from other local banks .  We’ll ask you to pay a small one-off membership fee to join Mozal Bank. Currently that's $2.50. You'll also need to deposit at least $1 ($7.50 online) to your Member Share Account to become a member, making a total of $3.50 ($10 online). You always need to keep at least $1 in your Member Share Account while you're a member, but you can have it back if you leave the credit union.

Personal

You can become a member if you live, work, volunteer or study in the membership. You can join by applying online or completing our application form in branch, at one of our service points, or by sending it to us.

It's quick to join online, you just need to:

• live in the Membership Area
• have a valid credit or debit card to make an initial deposit (minimum $10)
• have a working email address to receive the link to the application form
• be prepared to have an on-line identity check made (this will not affect your credit rating)
• be over 18 years old

Joining takes no more than 15 minutes

If you work or are studying in hamailton or don’t have a credit or debit card you can still join. Simply complete our application form and bring it along with your ID, proof of address and employment to your local branch or alternatively
send it to us.

Employer Partner

If you work for one of our Employer Partners you can save or repay loans direct from your pay. You may even qualify for discounted loan rates and special, exclusive loan products.

To join as an Employer Partner select 'Payroll Savings' when you apply online and tell us which partner you work for.

Corporate or Sole Trader

To join as a Corporate or Sole Trader member, your organisation must qualify to become a member of Mozal Banking .  You can then complete and return the application forms for a Corporate Deposit Account or register as a trader for ROB Dollar.  Please
