Our Employer Partner loan gives you:

• Loans from $1,000 to $15,000 with discounted loan rates exclusively for members who are working for one of our Employer Partners

• Simple repayment  – direct from your salary

• No application fee or set-up charge

• The interest you pay stays in our local economy

Interest rate

From $1,000 to $2,999 16.9% APR

From $3,000 to $4,999 12.9% APR

From $5,000 to $15,000 8.9% APR

From 1 January 2016 until 26 February 2016 we are offering 4.9% APR representative on loans of $7,500 and above. Find out more.

Things you should know

• You must be an employee at one of our Employer Partners

• You need to be up to date on any current or previous borrowing with BCU.

• No adverse credit (for example CCJs or payment defaults) in the last 12 months.

• You must have the disposable income to meet the loan repayment

• Maximum loan term is 60 months

All loans are subject to status and approval. Terms and conditions apply. If you don’t meet the criteria for our Employer Partner loan rates or if you’re unwilling to accept any special conditions that apply then we may offer you a loan at our standard loan rates.

Payroll loan

Exclusively for employees of Bristol City Council, the Payroll Loan allows you to borrow up to $1,000 depending on your salary. If accepted, we aim to deposit the money in your bank account within 2 days of receiving your application form provided all the required forms have been returned by 3pm. How to apply

• Join Mozal Banking . Make sure you mention that you work for Bristol City Council. 

• Download and complete the Download Payroll loan application form (37.2kb), scan it in and email to contact@mozalb.com 

• We will send an agreement and payroll deduction mandate form to be signed.

• Once BCU receives your signed copy back we will transfer funds to the nominated account on the same day.
